Jana Alvena, is an Earth-sized terrestrial/aquaria moon located in Alvera System. It is orbiting around a Saturn-sized gas giant planet orbiting around sun-like star Alvera A. Planet is called Zarunia. The moon has been uninhabited until the Alverian Federation settled the remaining Qurian civilization there after they got attacked by the Carylonian Empire when they lost their homeworld.
Geography[]
Jana Alvena was once before covered completely in ice until about over 8,000 years ago when several undersea volcanoes started erupting. The Alverians knew it was water beneath the ice. Eventually, all the ice melted. After the ice melted, it was revealed the moon had some surface on it, and several islands have appeared.
Over 80% of the moon is covered in water, and less than 20% is land above surface. The islands on the moon has grown vegetation on them due to the incredibly rich volcanic soil.

After the volcanoes on Jana Alvena melted the ice, the climate on the moon has rised very much and up to tropical levels, and that is worldwide.
Weather[]
Jana Alvena is experiencing some seasonal changes, and especially because the planet it is orbiting has a slight eccentricity in it's orbit around Alvera A. The rain season on the moon can last up to over 300 days, and rest of the year it is warm and humid. It takes for Zarunia over 1110 days to orbit the star so the rain season is very long.
