The planet Zerania IV is inhabited by the Alvazeranian civilization, but won't be for any much longer. The population is currently being moved to a different extrasolar system as the star is at the end of it's lifespan. A remaining part of the Alvazeranian civilization is living there to work on demolishing infrastructure and much more before leaving the planet. It was scheduled to be left around 24th century
